Use half to a full pump and apply around the eyes.
Follow with the Eyecicle wands, using rolling movements with the larger end and circular motions with the smaller end to target the inner eye and under the brow.
Clean & Store: Wash, dry, and store Eyecicle NOIR in the freezer.
